I WANT THAT: Ampersand

Ampersands are one of my many nerd-tastic obsessions. This one is only $25 & (see what I did there?) apparently ships for free. PB Teen is making it almost impossible to say 'no.' (Dramatic? Yes. Overdramatic? Never.)

P.S. It would be much cuter in my room than it looks in this boy room. I do not (nor will I ever) own a desk chair covered with peace sign print fabric.

With Love From Me To You

A hand pulled screen print using black and metallic gold ink.


This paper, called Mirri, changes color depending on the lighting and what angle it's viewed from. And the most amazing part is that it was printed using black ink!

That is one of my favorite quotes from Fantastic Mr. Fox.  You will have to watch it to find the humor in this line. Mr. Fox is charming, witty, eccentric and fun to look at, thanks to imaginative stop-motion animation.
